Freight Policy
East Coast Sign Supply will ship your order FOB Origin via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested. UPS Next Day Air (Red), Second Day Air (Blue), and Three Day Select services are available at a higher cost. All orders will ship the same day if placed by 3:00 PM EST. If an item is out of stock we will make every effort to inform you when the order is placed.
Payment
East Coast Sign Supply accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, UPS C.O.D., or Net 30 payments upon satisfactory credit approval.
Warranty
The offer of sale of any East Coast Sign Supply product is made in lieu of all warranties express or implied. East Coast Sign Supply and Manufacturers represented only obligation is to replace the quantity of product proven to be defective in manufacture. The user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection with the use of the product. East Coast Sign Supply and Manufacturers represented shall not be held liable either in tort or contract for any loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising from the use of products offered.
Return Policy
East Coast Sign Supply stands by everything we sell. We will replace any defective products that are warranted by the product manufacturer.
